Neal Froneman was appointed executive director and CEO of Sibanye-Stillwater on 1 January 2013. His career in technical, operations management and corporate development positions spans more than 30 years during which time he worked at Gold Fields of South Africa Limited, Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited (Harmony) and JCI Limited. In April 2003, Neal was appointed CEO of Aflease Gold Limited (Aflease Gold), which, through a series of reverse take-overs, became Gold One International Limited (Gold One) in May 2009. He was primarily responsible for the creation of Uranium One Incorporated (Uranium One) from the Aflease Gold uranium assets. During this period, he was CEO of Aflease Gold and Uranium One until his resignation from Uranium One in February 2008. He held the CEO position at Gold One until his appointment at Sibanye-Stillwater. He is also a non-executive director of 17 Perissa Proprietary Limited, Delview Three Proprietary Limited, Forestry Services Proprietary Limited and Ultimate Marine Ventures Limited. In May 2016, he was elected to serve as a Vice President of the Chamber of Mines of South Africa (Chamber of Mines).

Mr Denis Alexandrov was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Petropavlovsk PLC and as an Executive Director on 1 December 2020.
Mr Alexandrov is a highly experienced executive in mining and natural resources, including the Russian gold sector, and has a strong track record of delivering operational excellence and superior shareholder returns. From January 2016 through November 2020, Mr Alexandrov was Chief Executive Officer of Highland Gold Mining Limited, a top 10 Russian gold producer and developer with exploration assets.
Prior to joining Highland Gold, Mr Alexandrov held a series of senior positions and board roles at mining and natural resources companies, including as CEO and Director of Auriant Mining AB, a Swedish company focused on gold production in Russia, and as Managing Director at A1 Investment Company and Chief Financial Officer at Arlan Investment Company, both of which had substantial holdings in the mining industry.

Mr. Flores joined Orion in 2019. Prior to Orion, Mr. Flores was a gold mining sector consultant, having worked on projects for both senior gold companies and investment advisors. From 2009 to 2018 he was a partner at Paulson & Co., a leading NY-based hedge fund, where he was one of the Partners responsible for the firm’s gold investments. From 1998 to 2009 he was a Managing Director and Senior Mining Analyst at HSBC, where he was responsible for the firm’s global gold mining research product. Mr. Flores started his career at United Services Advisors (now US Global Investors), a Texas-based investment management company known for its expertise in natural resources and precious metals, initially working as a sector analyst but later taking on the role of Portfolio Manager and Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Flores earned both his Bachelor’s degree in Geological Sciences and his Master’s degree in Energy and Mineral Resources from the University of Texas at Austin. He has been a CFA charter holder since 1992.

John McCluskey is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alamos Gold Inc. and has held this position since 2003, when he co-founded the Company with mining hall of famer Chester Millar. Mr. McCluskey is currently a Director of Orford Mining Corporation and a Director at the World Gold Council. Mr. McCluskey is the recipient of the 2023 Viola R. MacMillan Award, given by the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada for showing leadership and a willingness to take risks in the acquisition and development of the Island Gold mine in Northern Ontario. In 2018, he received the Murray Pezim Award for Perseverance and Success in Financing Mineral Exploration by the British Columbia Association for Mineral Exploration, in recognition of his role in the acquisition, financing, and encouragement of successive discoveries at Mulatos, as well as his ongoing success as CEO of Alamos. Mr. McCluskey was also named Ontario’s 2012 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year, based on a judging panel’s assessment of financial performance, vision, leadership, innovation, personal integrity and influence, social responsibility, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Mr. Racine joined Yamana in May 2014 and in August 2018 he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. From August 2012 until March 2014, Mr. Racine was President and Chief Operating Officer of Brigus Gold Corp. Prior to joining Brigus, Mr. Racine was Senior Vice President, Mining of Agnico-Eagle Mines Limited where he was responsible for Agnico-Eagle's global mining operations. Mr. Racine joined Agnico-Eagle as a junior Mining Engineer in 1988 taking on progressively senior roles throughout his tenure, including LaRonde Mine Manager, Vice-President Operations Manager, and Senior Vice President Operations. Mr. Racine holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering degree from Laval University. He is a registered engineer with L'Ordre des Ingenieurs du Quebec, a professional engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario and a member of the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers.

Mr. Makuch has over 35 years of mining+ industry experience and was most recently President, CEO and Director of Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd ("Kirkland"). During his five-year tenure as CEO of Kirkland, Mr. Makuch led the transformation of the company, with annual gold production increasing from 315,000 oz to over 1,400,000 oz, the market capitalization of the company increasing from approximately C$1 billion to over C$13 billion and Kirkland's share price increasing over 530%. These milestones were achieved on the back of two successful acquisitions, industry-leading operational performance and significant exploration success and ultimately culminated in Kirkland's merger with Agnico Eagle Mines Limited in 2022.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Mr. Makuch was President and CEO at Lake Shore Gold Inc., from 2008 until its acquisition by Tahoe Resources Inc. in 2016, when he became the Executive Vice-President and President of Canadian Operations. From 2006 to 2008 Mr. Makuch was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for FNX Mining Company Inc. From 1998 to 2005 he held progressively senior positions with Dynatec Corporation, including VP Operations. From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Makuch worked with Kinross Gold Corporation at a number of their North American operations. Mr. Makuch is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Honours Applied Earth Sciences) from the University of Waterloo (Ontario), and both a Master of Science Degree in Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Queen´s University (Ontario) and has obtained the Institute of Corporate Directors ICD.D designation from the University of Toronto Rotman School of Business.

Paul Rollinson was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Kinross Gold on August 1, 2012. He first joined the company as Executive Vice-President, New Investments, in September 2008. Under Paul’s leadership of Kinross, the Company has strengthened its balance sheet, advanced its portfolio of mines and projects, and achieved one of the best safety records in the industry.
Paul started his career working as an exploration geologist. Mr. Al-Joundi was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Agnico Eagle Mines Limited in February 2022. Prior to this, he was President of Agnico Eagle from 2015 to 2022 and also served as the company’s Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Al-Joundi has over 20 years of experience in finance and business strategy, and has extensive experience in mining, capital markets and banking.
Prior to his return to become Agnico Eagle’s President, Mr. Al-Joundi served as the Chief Financial Officer of Barrick Gold Corporation, as Barrick’s Senior Executive Vice President and as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Al-Joundi has held various senior financial roles including Senior Vice President of Capital Allocation and Business Strategy, Senior Vice President of Finance, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Barrick South America and Vice President, Structured Finance at Citibank, Canada. Mr. Al-Joundi is a Professional Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering (graduating with distinction – University of Toronto) and an MBA (graduating with honours - University of Western Ontario).

Paul Brink is President & CEO and a director of Franco-Nevada. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Brink served as President & Chief Operating Officer of Franco-Nevada from May 2018 to May 2020. He has been with Franco-Nevada since its initial public offering in 2007 and successfully led its business development activities as SVP, Business Development from 2008 until his promotion to President & Chief Operating Officer in 2018. Randy Smallwood was involved in the founding of Wheaton Precious Metals and is currently the company’s President & CEO and a director. Before being appointed President in January 2010 and then CEO in April 2011, he served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, primarily focused on growing the company through the evaluation and acquisition of streaming opportunities.
Prior to Wheaton Precious Metals, Mr. Smallwood was the Director of Project Development at Wheaton River Minerals Ltd., his role through its 2005 merger with Goldcorp. Mr. Smallwood was an instrumental part of the team that built Wheaton River / Goldcorp (since merged with Newmont) into one of the largest, and more importantly, one of the most profitable gold companies in the world, and he is now focused on continuing to add to the impressive growth profile of Wheaton Precious Metals.
Mr. Smallwood formerly served on the boards of several resource companies including Defiance Silver (formerly ValOro Resources and Geologix Explorations), Ventana Gold, Castle Peak Resources and Tigray Resources.
He is active with a number of not-for-profit organizations including Special Olympics BC, MineralsEd BC and Mining4Life, and previously served on the board of the BC Cancer Foundation as well as Chair of the World Gold Council from 2020 to 2023.
Mr. Smallwood holds a geological engineering degree from the University of British Columbia and a mine engineering diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. In 2015, Mr. Smallwood received the British Columbia Institute of Technology Distinguished Alumni Award.

Mr. Breeze has more than 25 years of technical and commercial experience across international markets. In March 2024, Mr. Breeze was promoted to Senior Vice President Corporate Development, RGLD Gold AG. Prior to this, Mr. Breeze served as Vice President Corporate Development, RGLD Gold AG, since January 2019. Mr. Breeze is a member of the Board of Directors of RGLD Gold AG.
Before joining Royal Gold, Mr. Breeze worked for Bank of Montreal from 2010 to December 2018, serving most recently as Managing Director, Equities, for BMO Capital Markets, based in Zurich, Switzerland, where he was focused primarily on the mining sector. Previously, Mr. Breeze was a member of the Equities Group at UBS Investment Bank, where he worked extensively with North American and European mining companies across the commodity spectrum. Prior to his banking career, Mr. Breeze was a member of the geotechnical and mining team at Golder Associates.
Mr. Breeze holds Master of Engineering and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Manitoba. Mr. Breeze is also a registered Professional Engineer.

Sandeep Singh joined Osisko as President in January 2020. For the fifteen years prior, Mr. Singh was an investment banker in the metals and mining industry where he advised numerous mining companies on growth and financing strategies with Maxit Capital (2014-2020), Dundee Securities (2010–2014) and BMO Capital Markets (2005-2010). As co-founder of Maxit Capital, he was instrumental in building an independent and highly successful advisory firm which acted on some of the most complex and value-enhancing transactions in the mining sector.
Mr. Singh holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Concordia University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Oxford University.

Christian Milau has been the CEO of Equinox Gold since August 2016, leading the team through three mergers and an asset acquisition and growing the company from a single-asset developer to a multi-asset producer in just two years. Sébastien de Montessus is President and CEO of Endeavour Mining. Under his leadership, he has introduced key strategic objectives that have created a sustainable business that generates long term cash flow.
Previously, Sébastien served as the CEO of the La Mancha Group for four years between 2012 and 2016. Under his leadership, La Mancha doubled its production through optimization efforts before undergoing a significant portfolio restructuring. Prior to this, Sébastien was a member of the Executive Board and Group Deputy CEO of AREVA Group, a leading nuclear energy company and CEO of AREVA Mining, which focused on uranium assets. He has also served as a Board member of Evolution Mining (2015 - 2018) and ERAMET (2010 - 2012).

Michael Steinmann
Mr. Steinmann joined Pan American in 2004 and held progressively senior roles before being promoted to President in 2015 and President and CEO in 2016. He has also been a director of the Company since 2016.

Mr. Steinmann has extensive experience throughout South America in mine operations and project development, having participated in numerous mine construction projects from exploration and feasibility studies, through start-up and into continuous operation. He is also experienced in corporate M&A and has been involved in many capital market transactions, including placements of equity and debt, as well as numerous other exploration and business development initiatives. Christopher Thompson
Chris joined PI Financial in 2018 as a Precious Metals Analyst and Head of Mining Research. Chris has over 18 years of research experience most recently covering precious metals companies across the development spectrum from multinational diversified miners to single asset development companies. Chris also has expertise in covering smaller cap junior mining and exploration companies focusing on base metals, diamonds and uranium. Prior to working in equity research Chris worked internationally as a geologist and mineral economist for junior exploration companies through to major mining companies. In 2011, Mr. Thompson was awarded the StarMine Top Analyst award for stockpicker in the Metals and Mining sector.

Mr. Neumeyer has worked in the investment community since 1984. He began his career at a number of Canadian national brokerage firms. Mr. Neumeyer moved on to work with several publicly traded companies in the resource and technology sectors. Mr. Neumeyer was the original and founding President of First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (T-FM). Mr. Neumeyer founded First Majestic Silver in 2002 and First Mining Gold in 2015. Mr. Neumeyer has also listed a number of companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange and as such has extensive experience dealing with the financial, regulatory, legal and accounting issues that are relevant in the investment community. Jorge is an experienced geological engineer who has worked on mineral exploration, mining and business development projects throughout Latin America since 1995. Before founding Fortuna, he worked in business development at senior levels for several private and public Canadian junior mining companies operating in Central and South America. Dan Dickson is a Chartered Accountant with 16 years of experience in the mining industry. Peter Kukielski was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in January, 2020 after serving as Interim Chief Executive Officer since July 2019. Peter has more than 30 years of extensive global experience within the base metals, precious metals and bulk materials sectors, having overseen operations across the globe for companies. Most recently, Mr. Kukielski was President and Chief Executive Officer of Nevsun Resources Ltd. from May 2017 until the acquisition of Nevsun in December 2018. From 2013 to 2017, Mr. Kukielski was Chief Executive Officer of Anemka Resources, a private company backed by Warburg Pincus formed to invest in global mining assets. From 2008 to 2013, he was the Chief Executive, Mining for ArcelorMittal, responsible for 27 operating mines and three major development projects, distributed within 12 countries. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Kukielski was the Chief Operating Officer of Teck Resources, responsible for the copper, zinc, gold and the metallurgical coal operations and projects, in addition to overseeing the commercial function. From 2001 to 2006, he was with Falconbridge (originally Noranda) in senior roles, latterly including Chief Operating Officer, and in years prior he had various increasingly senior roles with other major mining companies, including direct experiences in engineering, commissioning and operating significant mines in a wide variety of international jurisdictions.

Prior to joining us, George was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Goldcorp. George has served in various capacities for Asarco LLC including Vice President of Mining as well as numerous capacities for Cyprus Minerals Corporation. Laurel Sayer, based in Boise, Idaho has served as President and CEO of Perpetua Resources, since 2016. Before her appointment as CEO, Ms. Sayer served on the Perpetua Resources Corp. Board for two years. Prior to her appointment to the Perpetua Resources Board, she worked as the executive director of the Idaho Coalition of Land Trusts (ICLT), which is dedicated to supporting and advancing private land conservation in Idaho. Ms. Sayer also spent more than two decades working on policy matters with Idaho Congressman Mike Simpson and Idaho United States Senator Mike Crapo, with an emphasis on natural resource issues.

Gordon Stothart originally joined IAMGOLD at the end of 2007 as COO, moving to the position of President & CEO as of March 1st, 2020, bringing over 30 years of mining industry experience to the role. Prior to IAMGOLD, Gord worked in the Noranda-Falconbridge-Xstrata organization for 21 years in a number of operational, project, business development and management roles, including spending nearly 10 years in South America on large copper operations. Mr. Stothart graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1987 with a Double Major in Mining and Mineral Process Engineering and later completed a Falconbridge-sponsored Executive Development Program at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He is also involved in several industry associations and is currently the Chairman of the Mining Association of Canada (MAC). Gord is also the current Chairman of the non-profit Saint Elizabeth Foundation with a current focus on end-of-life care and in-community healthcare training and service partnerships with several First Nations and Inuit communities in Canada.

From 2009 to 2010, Ms. Brown was Director of Investor Relations for IAMGOLD Corp. Ms. Brown was also an investor relations consultant for several junior exploration companies, partner of a boutique investment banking firm and a professional engineer in the mining industry. She graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Curtin University in Australia and has completed the Chartered Business Valuator course at York University.

Mr. Salamis co-led the efforts behind the 2016 Integra Gold Rush Challenge and the 2017 #DisruptMining initiatives that encouraged innovation and technology disruption in the mining industry. Mr. Salamis holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from University of Montreal — École Polytechnique. Mr. Salamis has discovered, financed, built, managed or sold more than 5 major minerals deposits around the World. He began his career working for two major mining companies over a 12-year period before transitioning into mineral exploration in 2001.

Mr. Hamelin has 30 years in mining project management acquired mainly in the Sudbury and Abitibi camps. Mr. Hamelin holds a Mining Engineering Degree from Polytechnique Montréal and is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and Professional Engineers of Ontario. In 2010, Mr. Hamelin joined Metanor Resources as the general manager of Bachelor Mine and moved up to VP, Operations and eventually president and COO until it was acquired by Bonterra in September 2018 when Bonterra acquired Metanor and he became VP, Operations for Bonterra.

Mr. Cole has over 30 years of industry experience, coming to EMX from Newmont Mining Corporation. At Newmont, he held a number of management and senior geologic positions, gaining extensive global experience as a project, mine, and generative exploration geologist in Nevada, Southeast Asia, South America, Europe, and Central Asia. Mr. Cole’s success as part of Newmont’s exploration team includes contributions at the world class Carlin Trend, Yanacocha, and Minahasa mines. Subsequently, he established and managed Newmont’s exploration programs in Turkey while also identifying early-stage acquisition targets in Eastern Europe. Mr. Cole specializes in developing new exploration ideas and opportunities, based upon solid technical expertise coupled with a keen business sense. He studied under Dr. Tommy Thompson at Colorado State University, earning an M.S. in Geology.

Mr. Marchese has over 25 years' experience in the mining sector. Having spent the majority of his career with Anglo American, he held progressive positions including that of Country Manager, Senior Advisor to the CEO and General Manager of the Quellaveco and Michiquillay Projects in Peru. Quellaveco is a Copper porphyry project currently under construction.
Mr. Marchese's earlier operating experience includes service with Anglo American's Mantoverde and Mantos Blancos copper mines in Chile as well as Hudbay Mining & Smelting in Canada. Recently, he was a Director to Compañía Minera San Ignacio de Morococha S.A. and an Alternate Director to Compañía Minera Poderosa S.A.
He has served as President of Peru's Society of Mining, Oil and Energy (SNMPE) from 2017 to 2019. He is currently Director of CONFIEP and member of Advisory bodies for different industry and academy organizations.
Mr. Marchese holds a Master of Science degree in Mineral Economics from Pennsylvania State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Catolica in Peru. He has completed an AMP from GIBS - University of Pretoria, and an ASMP delivered jointly by the University of Cambridge and the University of Queensland.

Mr. Panneton was the founder, President and CEO of Detour Gold Corporation (2006-13), where under his leadership, the Detour Lake project grew over tenfold from 1.5 million ounces in resources to over 16 million ounces in reserves and brought into production in just over six years. Today, the Detour Lake mine ranks as one of the largest gold mines in Canada. Mr. Panneton raised approximately $2.6 billion in capital while at Detour Gold. Mr. Panneton and his Detour Gold team were the recipients of the PDAC 2011 Bill Dennis Award for Canadian mineral discoveries and prospecting success of the year.

Mr. Lee was appointed to the role of President & CEO of Northisle in October 2020. Nicholas is a public company executive with over 15 years of experience in corporate development, finance, and investor relations with a focus on the mining industry. He has advised a range of public and private companies on strategic corporate matters, including internal and external growth projects as well as M&A transactions, equity, and debt financings totalling more than $35 billion. Nicholas currently owns a consulting practice, where he advises public and private companies on corporate development and capital markets issues. Previously, he was Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Development at Polaris Materials Corporation prior to its acquisition by a major US construction materials company in 2017. As a member of the executive leadership team at Polaris, he led the successful investor relations function and created significant value for shareholders as a key contributor to corporate strategy, business development, finance, community relations and other matters. As Director, Corporate Finance, he led a number of functions including corporate finance, FP&A, treasury, investor relations, concentrate marketing and gold dore sales. SSR Mining Inc. completed a $5 billion merger with Alacer Gold Corp. in September 2020. He also led the efforts for the maximization of shareholders’ value in the sale of Osisko Mining Corporation, which resulted in the creation of Osisko Royalties. Mr. Roosen is an active participant in the resource sector and in the formation of new companies to explore for mineral deposits both in Canada and internationally.
In 2017, Mr. Roosen received an award from Mines and Money Americas for best Chief Executive Officer in North America and was, in addition, named in the “Top 20 Most Influential Individuals in Global Mining”. Mr. Simpson is a mining executive with over 27 years of experience in operations leadership, mining engineering and project construction. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer of Torex Gold Resources where, over his nearly 6-year tenure, he oversaw the successful construction and operation of the ELG Mine in Mexico. Prior to Torex, Mr. Simpson spent 11 years at Vale in various roles of increasing responsibility ending his tenure as General Manager of the Labrador Operations (Voisey’s Bay) in 2013. Mr. Simpson also worked at McIntosh Redpath Engineering on mining studies for companies including Barrick, Freeport McMoran, CVRD, Rio Tinto and Falconbridge, among others, where he gained global multi-commodity experience and perspective. Mr. Middlemiss, P.Eng, is the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company. Prior to joining Wesdome, he was President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of St. Andrew Goldfields Ltd. ("SAS") until its acquisition by Kirkland Lake Gold Inc. in January 2016. Mr. Middlemiss joined SAS in July 2008 as General Manager and Vice President Operations, later assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer. He was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer in October 2013. He earned a B. Sc. in mining engineering at Queen's University in 1989 and worked for Inco Limited (now Vale Canada Limited) as Mine Design Engineer until 1995. At that time, he joined Barrick Gold Inc. at their Holt-McDermott Mine, where he held the position of Chief Mine Engineer. In 2002 he joined Foxpoint Resources (now Kirkland Lake Gold Inc.) where he was instrumental in overseeing the rehabilitation, development, and commencement of production at the Macassa Mine beginning as Engineering & Production Manager, and later as Mine Manager. Mr. Middlemiss is a native of Kirkland Lake, Ontario and has extensive experience in the mining of gold deposits in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt.

Michael Holmes was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of OceanaGold in April 2020.
An accomplished mining engineer with more than 30 years’ experience working in Australia, New Zealand, The Philippines, and North and South America, he brings to the role extensive operational experience in underground and open pit gold, copper, lead, zinc and nickel mines.
Most recently, as Chief Operating Officer for OceanaGold, Mr Holmes was integral in leading responsible open pit and underground mining and processing of gold. Prior to this, he was General Manager of the Minera Alumbrera Operations in Argentina (Xstrata Copper), responsible for the large open pit, processing, transport, and port facilities and for the management of the feasibility study for the Agua Rica Project.
Prior to this he held several senior mine management positions in Australia, including General Manager of the Mount Isa Copper Operations (Xstrata Copper) where he oversaw operations at the large-scale underground mine and concentrator.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) Degree from the University of Queensland and is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Mr. Adams has been the President and CEO of New Gold Inc. since 2018 and has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Richmont Mines Inc. from 2014 until the sale of the company to Alamos Gold in November 2017. During Mr. Adams’ time at Richmont Mines, production at the company’s principal mine more than doubled, mineral reserves more than tripled, and costs were reduced to make the Island Gold Mine in Ontario one of the lowest cost operating underground mines in the Americas. From 2011 to 2014, Mr. Adams was the Chief Operating Officer at Primero Mining Corporation, and prior to that he was with IAMGOLD Corporation from 2007 to 2011 as the General Manager of the Rosebel mine in Suriname and then the Senior Vice President, Americas Operations. Prior to IAMGOLD, Mr. Adams held various senior operations positions at mining operations located in the Americas. Mr. Adams is also a director of GT Gold Corp and non-executive Chairman of Board of Directors at Omai Gold Mines. Mr. Adams holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mining and Mineral Processing from Laval University in Quebec, Canada.

Jody Kuzenko was appointed President & Chief Executive Officer of Torex Gold in June 2020, having previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer since joining the Company in October 2018. After the first four years at Inco as Chief Legal Officer, Jody moved to the operational side of the business where she held roles of increasing responsibility in operations management. She has a proven record of execution and leadership in many areas of mining operations including refining, strategy, safety, health and environment, energy and utilities, and community, labour and government relations. Jody holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario, an Honours Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University, and is a Certified Director from the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program.
Jody serves as a Director of Torex Gold, The Mosaic Company, and the World Gold Council. She also sits on the Canadian Council of Women CEOs and is a founding Advisory Board member of the Centre for Research in Occupational Safety and Health (CROSH) at Laurentian University. Previous Board experience includes the Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce, Association of Major Power Consumers of Ontario and Industrial Gas Users Association, Canada. In 2020, she was named one of the ‘Top 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining’ by Women in Mining UK as well as one of the ‘2020 Names to Know’ by CIM Magazine.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Metallurgy from Leeds University in Yorkshire, England.
Mr. Rae joined DPM in 2012 as Senior Vice President, Operations and was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2014. In May 2020, he assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Wray was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective May 1, 2019 and a Director of the Company October 2, 2018. Previously, Mr. Wray was the Chief Executive Officer of the La Mancha Group, one of the largest direct investors in the gold mining sector. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer of Acacia Mining Plc, a UK listed company and one of the largest African gold producers. He also has significant experience advising companies in capital-raising activities and other strategic objectives in a range of sectors, including mining, from his time in the Corporate Finance team at JP Morgan Cazenove. He is a fluent Spanish speaker and spent several years at the Kuwait Investment Office in London dealing with its portfolio of investments in Spain. He holds an Honours Degree from University College London as well as postgraduate studies in Finance and Investment from South Bank University Business School.

He was a non-executive director of Pilot Gold Inc. from 2011 to 2015 and is currently a non-executive director of Navarre Minerals Ltd., an ASX-listed explorer, and Contact Gold.

Greg McCunn has over 25 years’ experience in the mining industry. On April 1, 2019 he was appointed Director and CEO of Asanko. Most recently he was CEO of Alio Gold, a junior gold mining company with operations in Mexico and Nevada. Prior to joining Alio Gold, Greg was CFO at Asanko from 2011 to 2017, during which time the Company financed the construction of the Asanko Gold Mine, executed the first phase of construction, completed commissioning and achieved commercial production. Greg was also CFO for Farallon Mining until it was sold to Nyrstar in early 2011. Neil Woodyer was a founder and the CEO of both Leagold Mining and Endeavour Mining. He has an extensive history in the mining sector creating growth strategies, implementing financing plans, and leading management teams. In 1988, Mr. Woodyer was the founder of Endeavour Financial, a successful mining merchant banking and advisory business. In 2009, he and Frank Giustra devised Endeavour’s growth strategy and as CEO, Mr. Woodyer led Endeavour Financial’s transition from a financial company into a mine operations and development company, Endeavour Mining. Endeavour grew through a series of acquisitions and new mine builds to become one of the largest gold producers in West Africa. In 2016 Mr. Woodyer was a founder and CEO of Leagold Mining which developed gold mines in Mexico and Brazil. In early 2020, after Leagold merged with Equinox Gold and he, along with other team members and number of mining entrepreneurs, created Aris Gold (now Aris Mining) to again follow the strategies that Endeavour and Leagold proved to be successful.

Mr. Coles has served as CEO and President for several Toronto Venture Stock Exchange listed junior mining exploration and development companies, throughout the past seven years. Mr. Coles entered the mining business as part of an effort to develop a mineral resource discovered on family farmland in Virginia. He was previously an analyst for Cadence Investment Partners, from 2005 through to 2007. Prior to that Mr. Coles worked for UBS Investment Bank in New York as a Senior Research Analyst in the bank’s High Yield Group. Michael Gray
Michael Gray is a mining equity analyst with Macquarie Capital Markets and covers a range of precious metal explorers and producers with an emphasis on North and South America. He is an exploration geologist and holds a Bachelor of Science in geology (University of British Columbia) and Master of Science in economic geology (Laurentian University). His career of over 25 years in the mineral exploration business started with senior mining companies including Falconbridge, Lac Minerals, Cominco and Minnova where he worked throughout Canada and the USA. He co-founded Rubicon Minerals in 1996 and helped navigate the company through a series of joint ventures and an asset portfolio build that was eventually centered on the Red Lake gold district, Canada. During this period, Gray was president of the 5,000 member B.C. & Yukon Chamber of Mines for one year and on the executive committee for six years. Gray then joined the mining analyst world in 2005 where he brought to bear his technical skills to identify new precious metal opportunities at an early stage with outstanding exploration potential; he has covered a number of these opportunities that were subsequently taken over by gold producers.

Matt was appointed President and CEO of Marathon Gold in August 2019. He has over 25 years in mining exploration, project development, construction and operation. The Valentine Gold Project is the third mine development project he has been involved in.
Matt was previously the President and CEO of Stornoway Diamond Corporation where he led the C$947M project financing for the Renard Diamond Mine in north central Quebec and oversaw its successful construction and ramp-up.
Prior to Stornoway (and its predecessor companies), Matt was employed by Aber Diamond Corporation (subsequently Dominion Diamond Corporation) as Vice-President, Marketing, and thereafter Vice-President, Technical Services and Control, during which time he participated in the US$230m project financing for the Diavik Diamond Mine and oversaw Aber’s technical and marketing operations during Diavik’s construction, ramp-up and operation.
In 2015, Matt was awarded the Viola Macmillan Award by the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, and in 2017 he was the Northern Miner Mining Person of the Year and the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year (Mining and Energy, Quebec). Matt is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh (B.Sc. Geophysics, 1987) and the University of Toronto (Ph.D. Geology, 1996).

Mr. Black lives in Lima, Peru and has 35 years’ experience in the mining industry. Mr. Black holds a BSc in Mining Engineering from the University of South Australia and is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
Prior to moving to Peru in 2000, Mr. Black was the founder and Managing Director of international mining consulting services group Global Mining Services from 1994 to 2000. In 1996, Mr. Black also founded and was Chairman of OFEX listed AGR Limited with exploration projects in Ghana and Mongolia. In 2002, Mr. Black took control of Chariot Resources Limited as a listed TSXV shell and played a key role in the acquisition of the Mina Justa Copper Project and formation of the Korean joint venture with Chariot Resources. Upon his resignation as Chairman & Executive VP of Chariot Resources in 2006, Mr. Black founded the Peruvian registered Rio Alto S.A.C.
In 2009 after successfully negotiating the acquisition of the La Arena Gold Project from Iamgold Corp, Rio Alto was acquired by Mexican Silver Mines and renamed Rio Alto Mining Limited. In 2014, Rio Alto also completed the successful acquisition of Sulliden Gold and the Shahuindo Gold Project for C$300M. Mr. Black, as President & CEO of Rio Alto Mining Limited and his experienced management team built Rio Alto from a C$12M company in 2009 to a C$1.2Bn company in 2015 at the time of the acquisition by Tahoe Resources Inc.

Mr. Child joined Condor’s Board as Non-Executive Chairman in May 2006 and became CEO in July 2011. He acquired the concessions that comprise the 587 sq km La India Project. He has overseen 85,000 m drilling and all technical studies for a Pre-Feasibility Study and Feasibility Study. He has led the Project to be fully permitted for construction and extraction, purchased all the land and negotiated the purchase of a new SAG Mill, which has arrived in Nicaragua. He has led the financing for the Project over the last 13 years and de-risked the Project to a “construction ready” status.
Mr. Child was commissioned as an officer in the 2nd King Edward VII’s Own Gurkha Rifles and served in the British Army for 4 years. Mr Child has 20 years of equity capital markets experience, as an institutional stockbroker and in corporate finance/private equity, mainly in emerging markets. David Wolfin is the President, CEO and Director of Avino Silver and Gold Mines Ltd. He has over 30 years of public company experience in mineral exploration, development, construction, and operations in precious metals in North America.
He currently serves as President, CEO and Director of Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd listed on NYSE American and Toronto stock exchanges. He successfully developed the company from a minority owner of the closed Avino mine in 2001 with a market capitalization of $0.8 M, to successfully negotiating a 100% ownership in the Avino mine in 2006, and then into commercial production in 2012. He successfully grew the company to one with 300-500 employees with a market capitalization reaching as high as $250 M.
Mr. Wolfin learned the business from the ground up by working in the field at mines and operations in Mexico, Nevada and in the finance industry by working on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange in the 1980’s, and several years at Pacific International and Continental Carlyle Douglas Securities firms in the 1980’s. He also learned under the mentorship of his late father Mr. Louis Wolfin, legendary mining financier.
He is experienced in M&As, Capital Markets, Brokered & Private Placement financings, and an Offtake agreement with Samsung, At-The-Market offerings, and credit facilities totalling more than $250 M US in aggregate.
Mr. Wolfin has studied business and geology at Colorado State & Simon Fraser Universities.
